As you begin blogging for this course, you may be unsure what to say and how to structure a post. Due to the open nature of a blog, an effective blog post may not be exactly the same as an effective discussion post within an LMS. Here is a helpful list of tips for from The Edu Blogger for writing a blog post as a student: https://www.theedublogger.com/quality-posts-students/.
I suggest really considering tips 2, 3, 4, and 9 in this course.
2) Short Paragraphs
3) Visuals Or Multimedia As Well As Text
4) Internal And External Links
9) Questions
Another thing that isn’t included in the post, but I think will really help you is:
Have one clear message you want to share in your post.
It is completely acceptable to explore only one of the topic’s readings in your post if that is the only reading that supports your message. You may want to support that message with other resources you find on that same topic, but trying to convey multiple messages and bringing in all of the readings may muddy your message.
