Dr. Kehoe is the Head of Scholarly Communication and Copyright Office at the University of Victoria.  A librarian since 1994, she has worked as a liaison librarian for Business, Economics, Public Administration, Government Publications, Data Librarian and Information Literacy Coordinator. She was the Vice-President/President/Past President of the BC Library Association from 2005-08.  She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the University of Victoria. Her research interests include author rights, scholarly publishing, and open scholarship.
