This assignment includes the establishment of your research portfolio using WordPress and includes a review of five multimedia artefacts that you deem useful for supporting learning of a threshold concept. Critique and present these as five distinct on your WordPress site.
- You should aim to explore a variety of media types across the five posts.
- Present the media with your review, by embedding, using screenshots, or linking to the resource under review.
- Each review should be done as an individual post on your WordPress site and be roughly 500 words in length.
- Draw upon your own experience learning from the media as well as the principles of multimedia learning from the Mayer text to validate your review.

These can be completed throughout the term but should be done by the second last class on November 2 (with flexibility). You can complete and submit this assignment early any time by messaging Michael directly on Teams.
Evaluation Criteria
- A thoughtfully constructed research portfolio organized to present the five multimedia reflections
- Makes appropriate use of the web format by integrating links, images, videos, podcasts, etc. into each post where appropriate
- Includes multimodal elements. For example, your work may include a podcast, video, image, digital story, etc.
- Adheres to web accessibility guidelines
