tl;dr
- Multimedia Challenge: Comics due Thurs, Mar 5
- Drop-in session: Weds @ 12-1 PM
Last week was a big week! Congratulations on your Comic prototype as well as your peer review. This week you’ll be taking your peer review and iterating upon your Comic. Revisiting previous work, especially when you can include as many unique perspectives from others, is how you can develop the best work. Pay close attention to how and where ideas immerge! A quick note for when you paraphrase the peer feedback you have received: please organize it by theme (and not by who gave you that feedback). For example: “Issue A was raised by Person B and C. Person B said _____ and Person C said ___.” When you organize ideas by themes, they’re easier to action. Please revisit and improve all aspects of your Comics project from understand through to the prototype/the product.
Multimedia Challenge: Comics
Your goal is to develop an original educational comic (12-20 panels) that teaches the reader about some idea or concept through the use of text and image. You will utilize a design process, track your progress, and engage in peer review. Please review the assignment page for important details including the project template, design documentation, examples, marking rubric, and AI guidelines.
