Welcome to EDCI337 Interactive and Multimedia Learning! In this course we will be reviewing the research behind multimedia learning and putting it into practice by exploring tools and techniques for creating effective multimedia learning experiences.
This course is designed to demonstrate various technologies and approaches to digital teaching. Therefore, we the learning environment will be distributed across three (or more!) digital spaces:
- WordPress (course content)
- Mattermost (communication)
- Brightspace (assignment submission and grades)
Throughout the course you will be working with a Learning Pod (group) to explore other perspectives and refine your thinking and ultimately create a final project that reflects your learning this term.
