    • synchronous conversations and support among a small group of your peers in the course,
    • cooperative work on the Assignments,
    • a place to ask questions about the logistics of the course and details of the syllabus,
    • a critical community to discuss issues and questions related to the course content,
    • a peer review group to review your blog posts and suggest revisions.
