My goal is to explore a variety of aspects of culture through different technologies and develop resources and methods to present the wonderful parts of Canada to those who have not experienced it first hand.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1146\" height=\"1146\" src=\"https:\/\/jfefchak.opened.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9954\/2026\/01\/IMG_6091-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-122\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Nimpo Lake, BC by Jessie Fefchak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Throughout this blog, I\u2019ll be exploring topics such as Canadian stereotypes, popular children\u2019s literature and authors, music, regional and geographical differences, well-known Canadian companies and brands, and other cultural touchstones that shape Canada.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I plan to use a range of digital tools to explore and bring Canadian culture to life in ways that are accessible and engaging for both myself and young learners. Firstly, I will start my inquiry by using sources like audiobooks, interactive maps, games, and videos. As I investigate, I anticipate finding technological resources that I am not familiar with that I get to explore and learn from.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, this blog is a space for exploration of how technology can represent Canada\u2019s culture. It\u2019s a place to ask questions, try new technologies, rethink my research\/thinking methods, and to share my progress in an encouraging way.
