I have over 30 years of experience in the government, academic, and corporate sectors, transitioning from a 15-year career as a K-12 teacher and school administrator to a K-12 strategic consultant. My doctoral studies focused on leadership in computer-mediated learning, which paved the way for senior roles in both government, non-profit and private sectors. I have designed and taught graduate courses and programs, supervised master\u2019s students, consulted for various government, private, and nonprofit organizations, and overseen complex research grants.<\/p>\n
My professional practice is built on integrity, humility, and the principles of servant leadership. I am dedicated to building capacity in others and applying leadership principles to guide individuals and organizations through the intersection of AI and K-12 education. I look forward to empowering UVic students to leverage technology effectively.<\/p>\n
