My work and research happen at the intersection of open educational resources, generative AI, learning analytics, continuous improvement, and professional development. I&#8217;m one of the founders of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Open_educational_resources\">open educational resources<\/a>\u00a0movement. I&#8217;m also adjunct faculty in Brigham Young University&#8217;s graduate program in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/education.byu.edu\/ipt\">Instructional Psychology and Technology<\/a>\u00a0where I was previously a tenured Associate Professor, and Director of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.muicenter.com\/incubator\/brad-d-smith-student-incubator\">The Brad D.
